摘要
研究了高温合金GH33表面激光熔铸镍基合金涂层的组织和耐磨性能。结果表明,基材对涂层合金的稀释作用较小;涂层与基材之间形成良好的冶金接合;涂层基体组织为γ-Ni枝晶,枝晶间为γ-Ni、M23(CB)6、Ni3B、Cr2B、CrB、WC等;涂层耐磨性能的平均值较基材提高4倍以上。
The microstructure and wear resistance of Ni based alloy coating on the high temperature alloy GH33 by laser melt casting have been studied. The experimental results showed that the substrate has a small dilution to coating alloy, and there exists excellent metallurgical bonding between coating and substrate. The results also indicated that the matrix substrate is γ Ni dendrite with other phases such as γ Ni, M 23 (CB) 6, Ni 3B, Cr 2B, CrB and WC existing in the coating. The wear resistance of coating is increased by four times on an average as compared with that of substrate.
