白术优良品系营养成分和有效物质含量分析 被引量:4

A Study on Nutritional Components and Effective Constituents in Elite Strain of Atractylodes Macracephala Koidz

摘要 对白术二倍体及同源四倍体D88品系的田间农艺性状,根茎中的水分、灰分、粗蛋白、粗纤维、总糖、白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ及氨基酸的组成和含量进行分析.结果表明白术中至少含有15种氨基酸,其中天冬氨酸、精氨酸和脯氨酸含量最高,共占总氨基酸含量的71.7%(CK)和63.5%(D88).优选出的D88品系表现出典型的多倍体性状,根部药材产量和质量均有较大幅度提高.与CK相比,D88品系中白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ的含量分别是CK的1.46,1.33和1.71倍,干重是CK的1.8倍,有很好的推广价值. An analysis was made on the agronomic characteristics,water,fiber,proteins,amino acids,total saccharide and Atractylenolide in the root of Atractylodes macracephala Koidz.The results indicated that the selected D88 elite strain showed typical characters of polyploid plant,the root yields(crude drug) of D88 strain increased greatly compared with CK.There were at least 15 kinds of amino acids in D88 and CK of A.macracephala Koidz.,and the three highest kinds of amino acids were Asp,Arg and Pro,accounting for 71.7%(CK) and 63.5 %(D88) respectively among the total amino acids.Compared with CK,D88 strain showed much higher content and productivity of atractylenolides I,Ⅱ and III.Obtained results indicate a good prospect to further develop excellent varieties with high yields and high contents of effective constituents of A.macracephala Koidz.
