摘要
根据当前经济发展的特点和“科教兴国”的基本国策和高校肩负的任务，分析了高校加强质量管理，开展贯彻ＩＳＯ９０００族标准并申请认证工作的必要性。结合高校的特点，提出了贯标认证必须做好组织落实、全员培训、编好文件、认真宣贯落实四项主要工作。
In
accordance with the characteristic of economic development as well as the basic policy of
'making the nation prosperous by science and education', analyze the importance of enforcing
quality management, implementing ISO 9000 series, applying for certificates. With the
responsibility and characteristic of universities, propose four major tasks: well organize, train
staffs, prepare documents, publicize and complement standards.
