摘要
针对工业建筑内高温尘源的捕集效率问题,应用离散相模型对两相流工况下的局部排风罩内流场进行了数值模拟.计算得出风量变化对粉尘捕集效率的影响关系曲线,分析了局部排风罩风量的优化方法.同时模拟了排风罩的高度对捕集效率的影响,以期在实际工程中通过多种方法来提高捕集效率,避免盲目增加风机能耗.
In response to the problem of capture efficiency for high-temperature dust source in the industrial architecture,discrete phase model is used to simulate flow field of local exhaust hood under the condition of two-phase flow in this paper.The relation curve of capture efficiency and air volume has been drawn and the optimization method of the air volume of local exhaust hood has been analyzed.Meanwhile,simulations are conducted again by adjusting the height of exhaust hood,which demonstrate that capture efficiency could be improved through a variety of ways,so as to avoid the blind increase in fan energy consumption in practical engineering.
