便携式扭转变形实验仪的设计与实验

文章设计制作了一种结构简单、易于操作的便携式扭转变形实验仪,该实验仪利用加载力臂施加外力偶矩,采用百分表读数,既可用于实验,又可用于课堂教学.经过实验验证了在剪切比例极限内,扭转角与扭矩成正比,并计算出了实验材料的切变模量,数值证明其与理论值非常接近。

A portable appliance of torsion is designed and made in the paper.The appliance has simple structure and can be operated easily.The device be loaded external force by load moment arm,using dial indicator to read.It can be used in classroom teaching or experimental teaching.The angle of twist is proportional to the internal torque under proportional limit of shearing after testing.Modulus of elasticity of shearing is calculated and result proves that it is proximity to the theoretical value.
