摘要
压砂瓜作为宁夏特色农业与产业近年来受到政府关注与支持,但是压砂地经过3~5y后会出现砂土混合无法分离现象,降低了压砂作用与效果.为了解决砂土粘结问题,特进行压砂土石分离机的方案设计.以功能元法为指导,求解出功能元解后经过分析与筛选,制定出合理的土石分离机的方案,并进行运动分析.结果表明,利用功能元法可以实现土石分离的目的,通过分析验证了设计方案能够满足使用功率之技术要求,得出了采用功能元法进行机构的方案设计可满足机械设计的使用要求。
The pressure grait watermelon was concerned and surported by government as it is the distinguished angriculture and domain industry property in Ningxia.But the defect of grait and soil caking reduced the effect and action after the grait has pressed on the field 3 to 5 years.To solve this problem,a separater should be designed.The function elements method was used and after the results was developed,analysis and choice were sequential,thus the better scheme can be acquired.The result shows that the aim of separater of grait and soil can be designed by function elements method,it can meet the use.The conclusion is function elements method is a feasible way to achieve mechanism design.
