摘要
对1:5万区域地球化学普查样中钨(W)、钼(Mo)分析方法的研究,建立了在苯羟乙酸-氯酸钾-辛可宁体系中,催化极谱法测定普查样品中W、Mo的质量分数.结果表明,ρ(W)=0~0.08μg/mL、ρ(Mo)=0~0.064μg/mL时,溶液质量浓度与峰电流有较好的线性关系;该方法的精密度、准确度较好,回收率为97.7%~99.6%,最低检测质量分数分别为0.23,0.52μg/g.能够满足化探样品中W、Mo检测的要求。
The tungsten and molybdenum catalytic polarography was established in benzene hydroxide acetic acid-potassium chlorate-cinchonine system with analysis method of tungsten and molybdenum in 1:50,000 regional geochemical survey samples.Result shows that solution concentration and peak current has a good linear relationship when ρ(W)=0~0.24 μg/mL、ρ(Mo)=0~0.32 μg/mL;the method has preferable precision and accuracy,it's recovery is 97.7%~101.0%.The detection limit was 0.23 ug/g and 0.52ug/g for tungsten and molybdenum,respectively,it can meet the requirements of measurements.
