一期检化验热处理设备控制柜的改进

Improvement on the Control Cabinet of Heat Treatment Equipment for Detection and Chemical Exmination of First Phase Project

鉴于目前一期工程检化验单元热处理设备控制柜故障率较高，主要部件水平已开始落后，对控制系统进行了改造，用国产ＫＰ系列数字程序控制器替代原设备。以原料站耐材一台中日本炉控制柜的改造为例，简析改进后的仪表功能。

The control system has been revamped due to a higher fault rate of the control cabinet of heat treatment equipment and less developed main parts.The existing device has been replaced by KP series digital program controller,and the function of an improved instrument is analyzed by giving an example of the renewal of the control cabinet made in Japan Machinery Co.,Ltd.(NAKANIHONROKOGYO).
