摘要
目的:评价奥氮平对难治性精神分裂症的疗效与不良反应。方法:对难治性精神分裂症45例换用奥氮平治疗12周用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:PANSS量表总分及各分量表评分后均有显著下降。最常见的不良反应是体重增加。结论:奥氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效肯定,不良反应较轻。
Objective：To study the clinical efficacy and side effects of olanzapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenic patients.Methods：A total of 45 patients with refractory schizophrenic were treated with olanzapine for 12 wereks.The efficacies was measured with the pasitive and negative symptoms scale（TESS）.Results： After the treatment,the scores of PANSS and its subscales were significantly decreased.The main side effect was weight increment.Conclusions： Olanzapine is an effective and safe novel antipsychotic the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Its side effect is slight.
