摘要
利用等离子燃烧试验炉,对混煤喷吹进行了试验,试验结果表明:混合煤种的燃烧性能取决于单一煤种的燃烧性能的综合效果,燃烧性能较好的煤种混合后仍能保持较高的燃烧率;混合煤种燃烧率高于计算燃烧率,形成了煤种不同的促燃作用;在使用煤种不变时混合煤燃烧率取决于燃烧性能较好的烟煤配入量。
A plasma combustion apparatus was built for testing blended coal injection.The results show that the combustion characteristics of blended coal is dependent on the comprehensive effects of individual coals.The combustion efficiency of blended coal will keep high level as before when coals of good combustion behavior are blended,and higher than the calculated value because of the catalysis among different coals.The combustion efficiency depends on the ratio of bituminous coal with better combustion characteristics when individual coals are used.
