在312例男性不育中解脲支原体(UU)感染的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨解脲支原体(UU)感染在男性不育中的可能影响。方法:312例男性不育患者检测UU,已生育的健康男性320例为对照,同时对精子形态进行分析。解脲支原体检测采用培养法(改良肉汤稀释法)。结果:不育组UU阳性率为45.19%,生育组为30.63%。不育组中正常形态精子百分率低于生育组(P<0.01),畸形精子百分率高于生育组(P<0.05);头部畸形及其他畸形精子都高于生育组(P<0.05);与UU阴性者比较,UU阳性者正常形态精子和无定形头精子百分率低于UU阴性者(P<0.05,P<0.05),大头精子、锥形头精子、有空泡的头精子、尾部缺陷精子百分率高于UU阴性者(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:解脲支原体(UU)感染能导致精子形态异常而致不育。 Objective:Of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection in male infertility in the possible impact.Methods:312 cases of male infertility in patients with detected UU,312 cases of male infertility in patients with detected UU.The same time,analysis of sperm morphology.Ureaplasma urealyticum were detected by culture method(modified broth dilution method).Results: Mycoplasma infertile group(UU)-positive rate of 45.19%,Mycoplasma fertile(UU)-positive rate of 30.63%.Infertile group,lower than the percentage of normal sperm morphology fertility group(P0.01),Higher than the percentage of abnormal sperm fertility group(P0.05);Sperm head deformities and other abnormalities were higher than the birth group(P0.05);When compared with the UU-negative,UU-positive normal form sperm and amorphous head sperm percentage lower than the UU-negative patients(P0.05,P0.05),Bulk sperm,cone-shaped sperm heads,there are vacuoles in the first sperm,the sperm tail defects is higher than the percentage of UU-negative(P0.05,P0.05).Conclusions: Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection can lead to abnormal sperm morphology Erzhi infertility.
