Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的系统化社区教育

The impact of community education for diabetes

目的:探讨社区教育对Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效的影响。方法:将48例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各24例,对照组按常规服药治疗,观察组在常规服药治疗的基础上,针对个性差异给予系统的健康教育,1年后对两组患者遵医情况及生化指标(空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白)进行比较。结果:观察组遵医情况及生化指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社会教育对Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效有积极作用,应将系统的健康教育措施纳入Ⅱ型糖尿病的社区护理干预。

Objective：To investigate the impact of community education for diabetes.Methods：48 diabetes patieons were divided into observed group and control group,each group was 24 cases.The control group was treated with routine medication.The observed group on the basis of conventional medication was given systematic health education,according to different personality.After one year,incompliance of the two groups of patieons and biochemical markers（fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glucosylated hemoglobin）were compared.Results： The group was prescribed and biochemical indices significantly better than the control group.Conclusions： the effect of diabetes on the community education has a positive effecte health education,it should be included in the system of community care and intervention in diabetic patients.
