摘要
通过对技术进步的理论性阐述，分析了技术进步对经济发展的影响，特别是市场经济不发达条件下的技术发展战略。最后结合武钢实践，对武钢如何通过技术进步，促进其经济发展提出建议。
In the paper the author analyzed the influence of technical progress on the economical development,particularly the influence of the strategy of the technical development under the conditions of less developed market economy,through theoretical exposition of the technical progress,and advanced certain proposals on how to promote the economical development by way of technical progress in the light of the actual conditions in WISCO.
