新癀片对牙科正畸治疗疼痛引起焦虑症的疗效分析

Efficacy of Xinhuang Tablets for Anxiety Disorder Caused by Pain Due to Orthodontic Treatment in Dental

目的探讨新癀片用于正畸治疗疼痛引起焦虑症的疗效。方法将63例患者分为2组,治疗组32例在进行正畸治疗的同时口服新癀片治疗;对照组31例,进行正畸治疗则不给予任何药物。通过视觉模拟评分法(visual analoguscales,VAS)对2组患者矫治器安放后2、6 h,1、2、3、4、5、7 d的疼痛强度进行比较。结果治疗组矫治器安放后6 h,1、2、3、45、d自发痛、激惹痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论新癀片通过活血化瘀、消肿止痛,改善了患者正畸治疗中的疼痛,消除了患者的焦虑状态,使正畸治疗达到了满意的效果。

Objective To investigate efficacy of Xinhuang Tablets for anxiety disorder caused by pain due to orthodontic treatment. Methods Sixty-three patients were divided into 2 groups, 32 cases were treated by orthodontic treatment with oral Xinhuang Tablets in treatment group, 31 patients were treated by rthodontic without any drug in control group. Pain in 2,6 h, 1,2,3,4,5, 7 d after appliance placement were compared by visual analogue scales （visual analoguscales, VAS） on two patients. Results VAS scores of spontaneous pain,irritation pain during 6 h, 1,2, 3,4,5 d after appliance placed in the treatment group were lower than that in control group （P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Xinhuang Tablets improve pain of orthodontic treatment by promoting blood circulation and reduce swelling and pain, and eliminate the anxiety of patients. So that orthodontic treatment obtained satisfactory results.
