摘要
通过系列实验筛选崩解剂等辅料,确定处方及制备工艺,并与普通片进行了溶出度比较,确定了以羧甲基淀粉纳作为崩解剂的分散片处方,分散片溶出速度较普通片更快。
The formula and preparation process were optimized by a series of experiments. The dissolution rates of the dispersible tablets and conventional tablets were determined and compared. With Na-carbonyl methyl starch as disintegrating agent for the dispersible tablets, the dissolution rate of the dispersible tablets was faster than that of the conventional tablets.
