摘要
氟喹诺酮药物具有高效抗菌效果,在临床上得到了广泛应用,但由于可能存在的毒副作用和不良反应,在临床使用上应当严格规范,严禁滥用,所以有关样品中氟喹诺酮药物的含量检测具有十分重要的意义。文章综述了近10年来国内外利用化学发光和电化学发光方法分析检测氟喹诺酮药物的研究进展,并展望了今后的发展方向。
Fluoroquinolone is widely used in clinic owing to its effective anti-bacterial property. But it should be used correctly and cannot be abused because of its possible toxic effect and adverse reactions to it. So, it is very important to detect the fluoroquinolone content in related samples. The review draws a general picture of recent developments in the analysis and determination of fluoroquinolone with chemiluminescence and electrochemiluminescence methods and looks forward to the future research directions.
