摘要 通过对溶剂的种类与用量及展开剂的组分与比例的考察,筛选出了用甲醇作溶剂,用乙酸乙酯、异丙醇、冰醋酸和水的混合溶液(体积比为9:2:1:3)作展开剂,并改进了教学方法。 Through a detailed investigation into the categories and the amount of solvents as well as compositions and proportions of developers, methanol was selected to serve as the solvent, at the same time, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, glacial acetic acid and the water (their volume ratio was 9:2:1:3)were selected to act as developers. Meanwhile, the teaching methods were improved.
