城区中小学生体育托管模式的现状与对策研究

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Sports Trusteeship Model of Urban School Students

研究中试用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,解释了体育托管的概念内涵,阐述了体育托管概念提出的时代背景.以益阳市城区中小学生为例,调查了城区中小学生及其家长和老师对体育托管的认识与态度,城区开发体育托管模式的环境与条件、亟待解决的问题等.结果发现:益阳市城区中小学生及其家长和老师对在校体育锻炼的满意度不是很高,对体育托管这种新型模式的认识较粗浅,接受或考虑接受体育托管的人群比例较高,小学生相比中学生更愿意接受体育托管等.但要开发益阳市城区的体育托管市场,首先需要加大宣传力度,规范体育托管的经营制度,其次要解决托管中的安全性和合法性问题.最后提出了根据学生和家长不同需要构建灵活多样的体育托管模式与策略.

This research,with the methods of literature review,questionnaire and interview,intends to explain the connotation of physical trusteeship and its historical backgrounds.Take the urban middle students in Yiyang as an example;the research investigates parents’ and teachers’ attitude towards physical trusteeship,as well as its environment,condition and problems to be solved.Results show that students,teachers and parents are not satisfied with the current situation of sports training in urban middle schools.Their concept of sports trusteeship as a new mode is relatively superficial.However,the proportion of people who are willing to participate in sports trusteeship is high,especially among secondary school students.For the development of sports trusteeship in Yiyang city,it is necessary,at first,to enhance its publicity with an emphasis on its management system;second,we should make it safe and legal;finally,flexible and vibrant modes or strategies should be constructed to meet the different needs of both students and their parents.
