摘要
叶轮式流量计的工作原理是比较简单的,概括的讲就是应用流体动量矩原理测量流量的装置。叶轮的旋转角速度与流量成线形关系,测得旋转角速度就可测得流量值。目前叶轮式流量计的研究重点仍然集中在流量的采集与流量曲线参数校正上,不论采用无磁还是有磁传感器,对其表流量曲线的校正都是相当麻烦和困难的,功耗与可靠性均达不到理想的效果,制造难度和成本也增加。本文针对上述问题提出了一种应用LC9723-IC芯片解决方案,实验表明此方法是有效的。
Current research focuses on impeller flowmeter is concentrated in the collection and flow of traffic on the calibration curve parameters, regardless of use of non-magnetic, or have magnetic sensors, its flow curve correction tables are very cumbersome and difficult, power and reliability each contributed less than ideal results, manufacturing difficulty and cost has also increased. This paper proposes LC9723-IC chip solution, and the experiment is effective.
