摘要
民政救助管理信息系统是"数字民政"工程的重点业务系统,对于民政工作信息化和提高社会事务管理水平有着深远影响。本文基于UML对民政救助管理信息系统进行需求分析,完成了民政救助系统的用例分析,创建了描述此信息系统静态特征的UML用例图、包图和描述系统动态行为的顺序图,为民政救助系统的开发实现提供了参考模型。
Civil aid management information system is the ＂Digital Home＂ project focused on business systems, and has far-reaching implications for the improving of the civil work and management of social affairs. Based on UML, we analyzed the needs for civil aid management information system, built a civil aid management information system, created series static characteristics to describe the use case diagram, package diagram and sequence diagram of the system. Our work provided a reference model for the development of civil aid management information system.
