Spectrophotometric Determination of Gold(Ⅲ)with 5- (3- Map - 2- pyridyl) methylenerhodanine

研究了新试剂５－（３－甲基－２－吡啶）亚甲基若丹宁（ＭＰＭＲ）与金的显色反应。在酸性介质中；在ＣＴＭＡＢ微乳液作用下，ＭＰＭＲ与Ａｕ（Ⅲ）生成２：１稳定络合物，金的含量在０～５０μｇ／２５ｍＬ内符合比尔定律，方法用于金矿石中痕量金的测定，结果满意．

The color reaction of 5- (3-methyl-2-pgridyl) methylencthodanine (MPMR) with gold (Ⅲ) has ben studied.In the presence of CYMAB, MPMR can react with Au (Ⅲ) to form a 2:1 stable complex. The molar aborptivity is 6.02×105L' mol-1-cm-1 at 435urn. Beer's law is obese in the range of Au/25mL. the mehtod can be applied tothe detendnation of gold in ore with satisfactory adults.
