摘要
研究了在pH4.4HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,锰(Ⅱ)催化高磺酸钾氧化茜素绿的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量锰的新催化光度法.方法的线性范围为0~3.2μg/L,检测网为7.4×10-8g/L,相对标准偏差RSD=0.93%(n=11).用于铝合金中锰的测定,结果满意.
P A new catalytic spectrophotometirin for the detelmination of trace amounts of Mn (Ⅱ) has been deve-loped.The method is on the oxidation of alizalin green by potassium periodate in the presence of nitrilo triacetic acid asan activator.The relative standard deviation was 0.93% for 0.05ugMn (Ⅱ)/25mL (11 replicates).The limit of detection forMn is 7.4×10-8g/L. The method has been successfully applied to the datermination of Mn in aluminum alloy sample.
