论地方院校毕业设计(论文)环节应用能力的培养

On Cultivation of Applied Ability of Graduation Design(Thesis) in Local Colleges

为了培养应用型人才,以毕业设计(论文)环节为研究对象,以系统论为指导,提出了培养学生应用能力的六项措施。实践证明,这些措施有效地促进了前期学习与毕业设计(论文)教学、毕业设计(论文)训练与学生就业的"两个直接对接"。

The process of graduation design（thesis） was researched by system theory-based method to culture applicable type talents.Six kinds of measures were put forward for cultivation of applied ability.The practice showed that the measures were effective for＂two connections＂,which are study of earlier stage connecting directly with essential conditions engaged in the work of graduation design（thesis） and comprehensive training of graduation design（thesis） connecting directly with students＇ employment.
