新型含钴磷铝分子筛的合成 被引量:2

SYNTHESIS OF NEW KIND OF Co-CONTAINING ALUMINOPHOSPHATE MOLECULAR SIEVE

摘要 在水热条件下,以氢氧化铝、磷酸、甲酸钴、正硅酸甲脂为原料,二乙烯三胺为有机模板剂,合成出CoAPSO-n和CoAPO-n型含钴磷铝分子筛.酸洗脱及分析实验数据表明:将金属钴引入了分子筛骨架中,且金属钴以两种形式存在于分子筛中,一种是非骨架钴,一种是骨架钴.用常压流动法测定其吸附性能,表明两种分子筛孔径在0.44~0.60nm之间,属小孔分子筛. Two new CoAPSO- n and CoAPO- n molecular sieves were synthesized in a diethylenetriamine system containing aluminum hydroxide, phosphoric acid, cobalt formate and methyl silicate In these molecular sieves, cobalt ion may either be in the molecular skeleton or off the molecular skeleton Adsorption tests suggest that they all belong to the small-pore molecular sieve
