摘要
提出了碳酸化解离铬渣-镁提取-干湿法协同解毒-富铁渣制备铁氧体的铬渣零排放的绿色化工新过程.实验结果表明,提高二氧化碳分压和液固比、降低反应温度将增加镁的提取率;外加超声波场将大大强化镁的提取率,同时也加速了碳酸镁的分解速率;溶液中添加碳酸氢铵后,降低了镁的提取率.利用毒性铬渣可制备纯度高的轻质碳酸镁和氧化镁产品;提取镁后的富铁渣经还原焙烧和磁选后可制备磁性铁氧体材料.
