摘要
为探明神府煤不同有机煤岩组分与塑料共炭化协同效应。采用微波加热技术,对不同"碳源"、不同品种废旧塑料以及不同塑料加入量对炭化材料性能进行对比研究。结果发现:镜煤、丝炭和原煤与PET制备的共炭化材料吸附性能关系是,丝炭>原煤>镜煤,其中丝炭制备的共炭化材料的碘吸附值为国家一级品的1.88倍,亚甲基蓝吸附值为国家一级品的6.56倍,比表面积高达2 307 m2/g。研究为高性能活性炭材料的定向制备提供理论依据。
In order to study the synergistic effects of co-carbonization of petrographic components with PET plastic,using microwave heat technology,the paper researched the effects of the different carbon sources and different kinds of waste plastics with varied amount to charring material' performance,achieved the relation of the absorption properties of activated carbon materials prepared by vitrain,fusain and raw coal.The results provide theoretical basis for preparing high-performance activated carbon materials.
