摘要
根据"三E"理论结合煤矿生产过程,建立了人、科学技术、安全管理3个单元和15个3级评价指标的多因素综合评价指标体系。运用层次分析法确定各评价指标权重,且通过模糊综合评价,证明指标的合理性。评价结果显示:人才培养和安全技术的投入是事故预防的关键。
Based on the "three E" theory and the process of coal production,the paper established the multilevel assessment system with three aspects and fifteen factors.The weights of assessment index were determined using analytic hierarchy process.The fuzzy comprehensive assessment shows that personal training and security investment is the key for accident prevention.
