摘要
保德神东发电公司2×480 t/h循环流化床锅炉刮板给煤机运行中链轮处经常发生漏烟、漏煤现象,不仅造成严重的污染,还给安全生产带来隐患,运行过程中没有办法进行修理。通过对链轮密封填料室的改造,彻底解决了刮板给煤机链轮处的漏烟现象。
In Baode Shendong Power Plant,the leakage of smoke and coal always happened in CFB scraper coal-feeder.This phenomena cause serious pollution,bring hidden trouble to production and can＇t repair in operation.By the transformation of chain wheel,the leakage phenomena were solved completely.
