摘要
分析了从联邦德国引进的1#1350铝箔轧机开卷卷径计算模型。现场实测了315组数据,用数据库管理系统对数据进行处理;回归出了该轧机中、精轧道次上的速度效应曲线,进而改进了开卷卷径计算模型,提高了卷径计算精度,减少了断带现象的发生。
The model of unwind coil diameter calculation for the No.1 1350mm Al-foil mill made in Germany is analysed. 315 groups of on-site data are gained and analoged with graphical method. With the help of data-base system, the speed-effect curve is induced for the rough and finish pass of the said mill. Thus, the model of unwind coil diameter calculation is improved, resulting in the decrease of foil breakage.
