身痛逐瘀汤合黛力新治疗风湿性多肌痛临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of rheumatics polymyalgia with Shentongzhuyu decoction combined with deanxit

[目的]观察身痛逐瘀汤合黛力新治疗风湿性多肌痛的临床疗效。[方法]将63例患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例用身痛逐瘀汤合黛力新+泼尼松,对照组31例用泼尼松治疗。2组均以2周为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。[结果]总有效率治疗组为93.75%,对照组为70.96%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]身痛逐瘀汤合黛力新治疗风湿性多肌痛疗效显著。

[Objection] To observe the effects of Shentongzhuyu decoction combined with deanxit in the treatment of rheumatics Polymyalgia.[Methods] The 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients of treatment group was treated with Shentongzhuyu decoction combined with Deanxit and that of control group was treated with prednisone.The two groups treated 2 weeks to take as one course of treatment.To observe clinical effects after treated three course of treatments.[Results] The total effective rate of treating group was 93.75% and that of the control group was 77.42%.The difference was significant compared to the two groups（P0.01）.[Conclusion] The effects of Shentongzhuyu Decoction combined with deanxit in the treatment of polymyalgia rheumatics were better.
