高校扩招:一把“双刃剑”——我国高校扩招10年回顾与认识

College Expansion:A "Double-edged Sword"——A Review and Recognition of College Expansion in the past Decade in China

从1999年到2009年,我国高校的扩招走过了整整十个年头,教育也已经从之前的精英教育转向了大众化的教育。高校扩招政策的方向是正确的和合理的,但同时也存在一些不利因素。文章在分析高校扩招的背景积极因素和不利因素的基础上提出了相应的对策建议。

China＇s colleges and universities have already gone through an enrollment expansion in the past loyears from 1999 to 2009,and education has shifted from elite education to the education of popularization.China＇s college enrollment policy also results in some disadvantages,though it has its rational side.This paper proposes some corresponding solutions based on analyzing the background,favorable and unfavorable factors brought about by college enrollment expansion.
