摘要
元认知是对认知的认知,是学习主体对认知过程的自我意识和自我调节,它与认知有着本质区别,元认知意识的培养是二语学习者自主学习的关键要素。元认知意识的培养应从元认知主体自我意识的培养、元认知策略意识的培养以及元认知监控意识的培养三方面来进行。
Meta-cognition is thinking about thinking, it is the self-awareness and self-regulation to the the learner's cognitive process.There are differences between meta-cognition and cognition. Meta-cognitive awareness is a very important factor to the second language acquisition. There are three ways to develop the learners' meta-eognitive awareness.
