高校校园网络文化建设是推动高校校园不断信息化高速发展的迫切需要。网络在方便我们生活、拓宽我们视野、充实我们知识的同时,也对大学生的政治信念、道德意识、传统价值观、文化素质和身心健康带来挑战,必须以社会主义核心价值体系为引领,开展网络道德和心理教育,培训一支管理队伍,加强校园网络文化的监管,促进高校校园网络文化健康、有序地发展,使其真正成为校园文化的主流与先进文化。

It is urgent that construction of network cultrue is to promote information technology college campus for rapid development. Network has facilitated the campus life, broadened our horizons, enriched our knowledge, but some network culture also has brought new challenge to undergraduates, including their political beliefs, moral consciousness, traditional values, cultural quality, physical and mental health. In order to promote campus network culture healthy and orderly development, it becomes mainstream culture and advanced culture, we must take the following measures：guiding the socialist core value system, carrying out the network of moral and psychological education, training a management team and strengthening the campus network culture of supervision.
