New Technology of Laser Thickness Gauge in Line Plates of Al & Its Alloys

摘要 年东北轻合金加工厂利用钢铁测厚激光技术,研制开发了铝及铝合金中厚板测厚技术。该技术测量范围宽、精度高、响应时间快、无补偿、安全,主要技术指标达到国内领先水平,国内同行业首次使用。可满足铝及铝合金六大系列产品中厚板测厚的工艺要求。该仪器于1997年9月正式投入生产使用。 Since the hot mill in NELAC started to work in 1956,the problem of plates thickness measurement hadn't been solved,NELAC developed the aluminium plates thickness measurement technology making use of the laser gauge for iron and steel in 1995.The technology has the advnantages of wide range of measurement,high accuracy ,short response time,uncompensation,safety and so on.Its main qualifications have reached the advanced level in China.NELAC is the first user of the laser gauge in China.The gauge is satisfied with process requirements of plates industrial measurement on Al & its alloys in six series.The laser gauge started to work in september 1997.
