摘要
以湘早籼32号为材料,研究渗透胁迫下外源多胺对水稻幼苗多胺及多胺氧化酶(PAO)的影响.结果表明:在渗透胁迫下,水稻幼苗根系中游离态PAO、结合态PAO活性及Put、Spd、Spm含量呈上升趋势,外源Put明显促进游离态PAO、结合态PAO活性及Put、Spd、Spm含量的上升,结合态PAO活性是游离态PAO的9.8~15.65倍.通过相关分析得出:Put、Spd、Spm含量与游离态PAO、结合态PAO活性及游离态PAO与结合态PAO均呈正相关.
Effect of exogenous polyamine on polyamine and polyamine oxidase in Xiangzaoxian32 seedlings under osmotic stress were studied. The results showed that free PAO, bound PAO activities and Put, Spd, Spm contents increased under osmotic stress. Exogenous Put treatment significantly promoted free PAO, bound PAO activities and Put, Spd, Spm contents. Bound PAO activities were free PAO 9.8-15.65 times. Through relevant analysis, it showed positive correlation between Put, Spd, Spm contents and free PAO, bound PAO activities and free PAO and bound PAO.
