摘要
以生长旺盛的小花鬼子针嫩茎的腋茅为材料,进行愈伤组织诱导,愈伤组织和不定茅分化,试管苗生根、移栽、扦插和移植研究,建立起小花鬼子针的无性系。结果证明:MS+BA0.3mg/L+2,4-D1.2~1.6mg/L是诱导嫩茎形成具有分化能力愈伤组织的理想培养基;1/2MS+AgNO_31.5mg/L+BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L是诱导愈伤组织和不定茅分化的理想培养基;1/3MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IAA0.3mg/L是小花鬼子针试管苗生根培养和生根继代培养的理想培养基。炉灰渣是试管苗移栽和扦插的理想基质。试管苗移植后长势整齐、旺盛,各种生物学性状均与野生植株一致。
Growth, differentiation, rooting and transplanting of axillary bud were studied and establishment of Bidens parviflora clone was also conducted. The results indicate that the ideal medium for callus induction is MS+BA0.3mg/ L+2,4-D1.2-1.6 mg/L. The best medium for differentiation is 1/2MS+AgNO31.5mg/L+BA0.3mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L. The medium of 1/3MS+ NAA0.1mg/L+IAA0.3mg/L is suitable for rooting. The cinder is the ideal transplanting matrix. The tube seeding of Bidens parviflora are transferred into the parterre and keep the variant characters.
