昆明山海棠穗条扦插育苗试验研究初报

A Preliminary Study on Cuttage of Tripterygium hypoglaucum

通过对昆明山海棠穗条扦插育苗试验,发现不同年龄和直径的穗条培育的苗木在生长、生物量上有明显的差异。苗木的生长过程有两次高峰期,第1个速生期从5月5日萌芽开始到5月25日,持续时间20d;第2个速生期8月25日～10月5日,持续时间长达40d。以后则缓慢生长,到10月25日苗木停止生长。昆明山海棠穗条扦插处理的苗木具有较高的成活率,最高的达到97%,最低也有83.5%。试验得出2年生和直径为0.5～1cm的穗条育出的苗木质量为好。

A trial of cutting＇s cuttage of Tripterygium hypoglaucum indicated that cutting＇s age and diameter resulted the obvious difference in tree height and biomass. The growth process of cutting had two peak periods, the first was from 5, May to 25, May, with a period of 20 days, and the second was from 25, Augest to 50ctomber, with a period of 40 days, and the growth ended on 25 Octomber. The euttages had a high survival rates from 83.5% to 97%. The cutting with 0.5 - lcm diameter and 2 ages were the best ones.
