摘要
通用综合烧结曲线(Master sintering curve)是1个简单实用,可以指导烧结实践的模拟工具。对于致密化而言,该模型不再是传统的相对密度对烧结时间的曲线,也不是相对密度对烧结温度的曲线,而是每一点对应相对密度、烧结温度和烧结时间3个变量的二维平面曲线。1条曲线就可以较好地综合和预报整个烧结过程的致密化行为。本文综述通用综合烧结曲线的基本结构、构建方法和应用举例,并讨论曲线的误差原因和模拟纳米粉末压坯烧结应当注意的问题。
Master sintering curve(MSC) is a simple and practical simulation approach.For densification,the MSC model is neither a traditional curve of relative density vs.sintering time,nor relative density vs.sintering temperature,but a special 2D curve that involves 3 variables including time,temperature and relative density,summarizing and predicting densification behavior during total sintering process satisfactorily.The present paper reviews basic principle,construction procedure and application of the MSC model.Error of the MSC model and some points to be carefully deal with for simulation nano-powder sintering are also discussed.
