摘要
提出了一种铝型材挤压模工作带形状的数值设计方法，该法以三维刚塑性有限元分析为基础，以获得均匀流动为目标进行工作带形状的迭代计算。经实际算例验证，方法可行。
A method for designing the die bearing of shape extrusion,which is based on the
three dimensional rigid plastic finite element analysis,is proposed in this paper.With the aim to
obtain homogeneous metal flow,the bearing is designed by iteration.A computational example
shows that the methodology is practical.
