摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定乳酸卡德沙星中卡德沙星含量的方法。方法:采用C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:0.01mol/L柠檬酸溶液-乙腈-甲醇(84:16:10)(用三乙胺调节pH值至5.0);检测波长:327nm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果:卡德沙星在0.30~0.70mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.49%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于卡德沙星中卡德沙星的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of caderofloxacin in Caderofloxacin Lactate Injection by HPLC.Methods:The C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) column was used.The mobile phases consisted of 0.01 mol/Lcitric acid,acetonitrile and methanol(84:16:10)(adjust pH to pH=5.0),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 327 nm.Results:The linear ranges of caderofloxacin was at 0.30-0.70 mg/ml(r=0.999 7),the average recovery was 99.70% with a RSD of 0.49%.Conclusion:The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of caderofloxacin in Caderofloxacin Lactate Injection.
