摘要
对圆锥形主流道内的塑料熔体流动过程进行分析,以获得尽可能低的相对冷却面积、主流道的压力损失和容积为优化设计的目标,推导出主流道的几何尺寸其合理值的计算方法,对主流道长度较长的大型及某些结构特殊的注射模具设计有一定指导意义。
Flow of
melt in the circular cone main tube was analyzed in this paper.The optimization aim was to gain
the least relative cooling area,the least pressure loss and volume of main tube.The method
determining the reasonable value of cone corner was proposed,which was instructive for
designing the injection mold with peculiar structure or longer main tube.
