摘要
目的:探讨阴道超声在流产后宫内残留胎物诊断中的价值。方法:对58例患者流产前后子宫螺旋动脉血流参数进行检测,并与清宫术和病理结果比较。结果:阴道超声诊断的灵敏度为90.91%,特异度为100.00%,误诊率为0,漏诊率为9.09%。结论:阴道超声可以早期且准确的诊断流产后宫内残留胎物,为临床及时清宫提供可靠依据。
Objective：To explore the diagnosis value of transvaginal sonography in intrauterine residue after abortion.Methods：Detected the parameters of 58 cases about endometrial spiral arterioles before and after abortion and then compared with the results derived from evacuation and pathology.Results：The sensitivity of the transvaginal sonography was 90.91%,the specificity was 100.00%,the false positive rate was 0,the false negative rate was 9.09%.Conclusion：Transvaginal sonography could early and accurate diagnostic intrauterine residue,offer reliable base for clinical.
