应用临床护理路径对使用胰岛素笔糖尿病患者实施个体化健康教育的研究 被引量:30

摘要 目的:探讨临床护理路径在使用胰岛素笔的糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:对120例非初次住院、需要注射胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,实验组采用临床护理路径模式进行个体化健康教育,对照组采用常规方法进行健康教育。对两组患者胰岛素笔使用的掌握程度、胰岛素治疗的依从性、血糖代谢指标、住院天数及满意度进行对比分析。结果:实验组接受健康教育后,患者正确掌握胰岛素笔使用、胰岛素治疗依从性、血糖控制、住院天数、满意度等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:临床护理路径健康教育模式是一种科学的、综合的教育模式,能有效提高健康教育效果,提高患者对胰岛素的认知及使用的依从性,提高胰岛素笔的正确使用率,从而有效控制血糖,使护理服务质量得到提高,缩短患者住院天数及提高住院满意度。 Objective:To study the effect on application of clinical nursing pathway in health education among diabetic patients with using Novopen.Methods:120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,who were not hospitalized for the first time and required insulin therapy,were divided into CNP group and control group at random.CNP group accepted the in dividuation health education by clinical nursing pathway,the control group accepted the health education conducted by traditional nursing.The efficacy were compared between two groups.Results:After the education,the correct rate of using Novopen,the awareness of health knowledge,the blood glucose monitoring indexes,the hospitalization duration,patients' satisfaction degree of CNP group were better than that of control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway in health education for type 2 diabetic patients is scientific and helpful.It can improve the aware ness of health knowledge,increase the correct rate of using Novopen,control their blood sugar better,reduce the number of days spent in hospitals and enhance the patients' degree of satisfaction.
