高龄初产妇护理干预措施的价值

The value of care interventions for elderly primipara

目的:探讨高龄初产妇护理干预因素的影响。方法:选择我院2007年1月～2008年1月门诊及产检高龄初产妇100例,对其治疗经验进行分析总结。结果:有效的护理措施有效地提高了孕妇的医学知识掌握度和心理状态调整良好度。结论:对高龄初产妇实施良好的护理干预措施能有效减少围生期孕妇和婴儿的并发症发生率,为孕妇顺利分娩提供良好的心理准备,值得临床重视。

Objective：To investigate nursing intervention factors for elderly primipara.Methods：By choosing our hospital from January 2007 to January 2008 patient and check-elderly primipara 100 cases,lessons learned analysis.Results：Effective interventions pregnant women effectively improved the medical knowledge to master degree and a good degree of psychological adjustment.Conclusion：The elderly primipara implementation of good nursing interventions can be effective in reducing perinatal complications of pregnancy and the incidence of infants,pregnant women provide a good way of production psychological preparation,is worthy of attention.
