目的:探讨10例乳腺癌术后胃瘫综合征(PGS)的护理方法。方法:对10例乳腺癌术后胃瘫综合征患者进行回顾性分析。结果:通过给予耐心细致的心理护理,持续胃肠减压、胃肠外营养支持,并给予患者按摩足三里穴等有效的护理措施,10例患者均痊愈出院,无其他并发症发生。无一例反复。结论:综合保守治疗是治疗胃瘫综合征的有效方法,完善的临床护理是保证治疗效果的关键。

Objective：To analyze the nursing of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome after breast cancer operation.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 10 cases with postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome after breast cancer operation.Results：The 10 patients were given patient and meticulous psychological care,continuous gastrointestinal decompression,parenteral nutrition support and pressing Zusanli.10 patients were discharged without other complications,with no repeated.Conclusion：Comprehensive treatment is an effective way of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome.Improve clinical care is the key to ensure treatment,and needs throughout the entire treatment process.
