侧方闭合式括约肌切断扩肛术治疗肛裂36例临床观察

Clinical observation of lateral closed-off expansion anal sphincter surgery on 36 cases of anal fissure

目的:探讨侧方封闭式内括约肌切断扩肛术的疗效。方法:采用截石位5点或7点位切口,行内括约肌切断扩肛、切口缝合的方法,治疗肛裂36例,随访3个月。结果:术后36例均一次性治愈,住院时间7～10d,无感染病例。3个月后复查,无一例复发,无肛门畸形及大便失禁等并发症。结论:本术式疗程短,痛苦小,并发症少,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the closed lateral internal sphincterotomy extend the efficacy of anal surgery.Methods：The lithotomy position 5-point or 7-point and incision line extension within the anal sphincter cut incision suture method of treatment of anal fissure in 36 cases followed up for 3 months.Results：36 patients were one-time cure,hospitalization time,7～10 d,no infections.Review after 3 months,no case of recurrence,no anal deformity and complications such as fecal incontinence.Conclusion：The surgical treatment is short,less pain,less complications and worth promoting.
