摘要
基于企业法律风险防范体系构建的理论基础,结合供电企业实际,构建了适合供电企业的法律风险防范体系。以商洛供电局为例,对供电企业法律风险防范体系的构建和实践进行了实证分析。
Based on the theoretical basis of enterprise law risk prevention system construction,combined with the reality in power supply enterprise,law risk prevention system which is suitable to power supply enterprise is constructed.Taking Shangluo Power Supply Bureau as example,analysis is conducted for the construction and practice of power supply enterprise law risk prevention system.
