体重管理与心血管疾病“肥胖悖论” 被引量：5

摘要 “体重管理”是指通过营养指导和调整、生活方式干预，必要的药物甚至手术等干预措施，使个体的体重尽可能接近就健康角度而言的“理想体重”（或标准体重）。因此，体重管理应包括二个方面：体重过轻者的增重，以及超重和肥胖者的减重。我国正在经历着“营养转型”，即伴随社会经济及人口年龄结构转型的膳食和生活方式改变。
