摘要
叙述了Ｂ３９０合金的特点，讨论了该合金的变质及初晶硅、耗散层、镁烧损等控制方法，提出了关于“硬点”、“粘型”的预防措施。
The characteristics of B390 alloy are described in the article. The modification and the control methods of primary Si phase, depletion zone and burnt loss of Mg element are discussed, and the way to prevent the occurance from hardspots and soldering is proposed.
