摘要
本文以自行设计的三台铜锭步进加热炉为主，全面地论述了我国有色行业铜加工步进加热炉的设计中采用的全纤维炉衬、高效喷流换热器、耐热钢托梁、平火焰喷嘴、步进梁直接出料、铸锭软着陆、全自动运行等新技术。
This paper entirely introduces the multiple new technologies in three sets of copper billet walking beam heating furnaces such as high efficiency spray heat exchanger, flat flame burner, totally automatic PLC control and so on.
